Everything you need to run evaluations and read your reports.
Supported formats
Upload PDF or TXT transcripts. Plain conversational transcripts work best — speaker labels help the model distinguish coach and client.
Credits
New accounts receive 5 credits. Each completed evaluation uses 1 credit. If an analysis fails, credits are typically refunded — check your Credits ledger in the app.
Reading results
Reports are markdown documents organized by sections (markers, gaps, suggestions). Use Export PDF to save a copy for mentoring conversations.
